In 2016 our industry saw significant growth, and as a result, Adventure Motorcycle Magazine is more prosperous today than ever. We feel fortunate to serve such an amazing community, whose support has put us in the #1 international publication for adventure and dual sport news.
ADVMoto’s paper magazine is the bread and butter of our media company, but our website and social media outlets reach an even larger audience. In 2016 we expanded our web presence by revamping AdventureMotorcycle.com and becoming more active on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. As a result, we’re able to deliver ADV related stories to you even faster. What were some of the hottest artilces of 2016? Below are some of the favorites according to our viewers.

If you couldn’t make it to Italy for the EICMA show, don’t feel bad – we didn’t go either. However, we did manage to compile all of the most exciting ADV/dual sport announcements, and prepared them for your easy clickable viewing. In 2017, we'll see a handful of small displacement adventure bikes hit the market which is sure to excite new entry level riders.
Honda’s CRF 1000L Africa Twin was by far the most talked about new adventure motorcycle this year, (and for good reasons). The bike is able to compete with bikes with more power and less weight. It’s hard to imagine that such a big machine can do so well off road, but Honda has managed to create truly magnificent motorcycle that’s sure to compete well in 2017.
Highlighting the upgrades on our project KTM 690 Enduro R, this article became our most popular web topic for 2016. The bike is a hoot and a holler, right from the factory, but we modded it for more tourability. The result was a long range hooligan bike that forced a smile onto anybody who mounted it.

Rally Kit for CRF 250L: Sheep in Wolf’s Clothing
ADVMoto put a great deal of work into its project CRF 250L. The most radical upgrade is a custom fabricated rally tower and fairing kit that replicates HRC Honda’s Rally 450R. This upgrade instantly made our CRF rally ready, or at least made it look like it was.
