And we have a team of digital contributors from around the world who all share the same passion for discovery.

Do you have the same enthusiasm for two wheels and want to share your adventures with riders just like you? We’re always looking for new writers and video creators to add to our team. Read below for our submission guidelines and see if YOU have what it takes!

• Articles We’re Looking For:

1) Product Reviews (500-800 words) :  Is there a new product out there that you’ve used—or an older one that might have new relevance to our audience—then tell us how you used it, how well it worked and how readers can get one themselves. Submissions must include at least three digital images a minimum of 1200pixels X 675pixels in a 16:9 ratio. Manufacturer product shots are acceptable with permission.

2) Ride Reports (500-800 words): Have you tracked a cool route, found some previously unknown nearby dirt or taken a trip that’ll inspire others? That’s the kind of intel our readers are looking for. Submissions must include at least three digital images a minimum of 1200pixels X 675pixels in a 16:9 ratio.

3) Product Roundups (500-800 words): Variety is the spice of life, right? And fortunately the adventure motorcycle community has a lot of it these days, so it’s hard to choose the right farkel or upgrade for your bike. Help our readers out by creating a short list of items that could fit the bill—whether it’s a roundup of soft panniers, dual sport seats, bar risers...whatever—with short write ups on each and why they’re a good option. Submissions must include at least one image of the product that’s a minimum of 1200pixels X 675pixels in a 16:9 ratio. Manufacturer photos are acceptable with permission.

4) News and Trends (300-600 words): At ADVMoto, we’re all about the culture of two-wheeled exploration and keeping it healthy and growing. Has something cool happened in the ADV world that our readers need to know about like a new bike coming onto the scene, a rider who’s making an impact or a rockin’ video series or book? Let the world know with a writeup on what’s revving up the community today. Submissions must include at least three digital images a minimum of 1200pixels X 675pixels in a 16:9 ratio. Manufacturer product shots are acceptable with permission.

• Submission Procedure:

Please take a look at adventuremotorcycle.com and our social channels on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube to get an idea where your article or video would fit in.

We recommend that you send queries and proposals rather than completed submissions via our Contact Page. In no more than three-sentences describe your subject matter, angle and photography/video material you’ll include. Please also include links to other content you’ve posted online. Proposals are submitted on a speculative basis.

If you are querying about a time-sensitive news story, please put the word “Time-Sensitive” in the subject line.

• Compensation:

Payment is negotiated on a case-by-case basis and made upon posting live to adventuremotorcycle.com. To be direct, this is one of the most difficult times in media history to earn money from content. Much of the work we will accept and publish will be on a pro-bono nature unless the content you create is directly monetizable. Please contact us if you have any questions.

• ADVMoto Digital Specific Tips:

1) Every article submitted to ADVMoto should include the following:
2) Author’s full name, and name of any photo credits
3) A catchy title
4) Image captions
5) All Product Reviews should have both Pros and Cons bullet points (at least three of each)
6) It never hurts to include a personal profile image and short bio with your write-up. This is not mandatory, but ADVMoto may request it not only to add more context to the article, but also help writers promote their other relevant projects and social channels.

If you’re passionate about living a life through adventure riding and want to share your experiences and insight with over 150,000 two-wheeled explorers like you, rest assured ADVMoto will do your content credit.
